70s maxi dress black white quilted skirt adorable. Long dress with black top and quilted black and white flowered skirt. It has a lower empire waist. The top part is some kind of knit, which gives a nice stretch. The flowers pattern is also the trim around the neck and under the arms. It zips up the back. This dress can be worn for day or night. Just through on a dressy sweater or short jacket and off you go. Great vacation or travel work dress, won't wrinkle. Very flattering style and the black and white flowers are striking.

In good condition, just loose threads on the inside but sturdy on the outside, no rips or tears.
