Measures a little under 23 inches around, just cotton fitted so you gotta make sure that’s your noggin size and remember hair factor weighs in as they were made for shaved heads. I threw this in a delicate wash and air dried it and it is in great condition.

I’d say this was a 7 1/8 but it’s been stretched a bit over 45 years by the person (s) ( Ramy?) head so the measurements are a little bit unconventional. It is too small for me or I’d be wearing it- my head measures 24 but I got A LOT of hair.
