70s Malibu Media Black Red Flocked Heart Print Halter Maxi Disco Dress Small

The halter string strap has become detached on one side and the back is missing the loop to hold the strap in place. It's currently being held in place by safety pins to show the style of the dress. Will require a few stiches to re-position and secure the strap.

There is no size tag so please see measurements to ensure a proper fit. Measured flat unstretched.
