RARE Circa 70's MALCOLM STARR

This is a Fabulous Circa 70's Malcolm Starr in Chiffon and Silk. The Body is a Chiffon with Roses that look almost as if they were Painted! The Sleeves are Blousy, Open like a Cold Shoulder, and tie at the Bottom. There is a Matching Tie Belt. The Body is lined in Pink. It Looks like a GARDEN PARTY!

Some History of Malcolm Starr - He was young when he was first exposed to the Fashion World. His Mother was a Costume Designer, and his Father was a Well-Known Figure in the Textile Industry who started the Malcolm Starr Clothing Company in the 1940's in New York City. He took over the business in 1969 when his Father died and operated it until 1976. Even members of the Royal Family in Japan wore his Garments. It used to be that at least 30% of the women in an Elite Country Club were Wearing his Dresses. When he sold his company, it reportedly sold for $7 million.
