Sonia Rykial was a french fashion designer who redefined French Girl style in the 60s and 70s. Also known as the “Queen of Knits” in 1972- she was the first to admit she didn’t know how to knit. She was often called “Coco Rykial”, as she was often compared to Coco Chanel.
