This pretty Union Made 70s dress is such a pretty blue green color with a sky blue floral print. Material is stretchy in one direction only. I am guessing it is a polyester blend. It is light and very flowing. There is a hidden zipper down the back. The waistline has elastic. Depending on the length of your torso this spot may fit close under your breast. Top has peekaboo shoulders with a tie on the top. Tag says vintage 9 10 however it is closer to a 6/8. It is in very nice condition. I just noticed some minor marks more towards the bottom of the dress. Please see the last 2 close up photos.

Bust - 36 inches (note that the outer layer is loose and flowing but underneath that is a form fitting layer which is what I measured)
Waist - 30 inches
Top of the shoulder to waistline about 15" so if you have a long torso what I measured as the waist will fit more under your chest.
Body Length - 54 inches
