Condition: good but there are some flaws in construction like a gap forming in one of the pleats where the fabric meets the button

Measurements taken flat and then doubled

Hip: 22. 5” (45”)

Length: 39”

Fit: will best fit a size L/XL but please refer to measurements to be sure:)
