This is a Rare 70's Floral Dress with a Yarn Fringe Hem. There are very few Dresses Available from this Maker. The Background Color is Gray with Big Pink Flowers and Leaves Highlighted in Pink. The Flowers are a combination of Pink and Red. The Hem is Bordered in a Yarn Fringe. The Sleeves are 3/4" in length. The Collar ties in the Back.
