70’s turtleneck tank top with matching tea-length skirt. Top is flowy with a natural curve at the waist. Turtleneck has 3 buttons with a fun and formal drape design in the back. The skirt has an A-line shape, hugging the hips and flowing out past. Stains throughout the skirt (pictured).
