A very sexy and alluring cover up or sheer jacket, mini-dress / mini -coat / swimsuit cover up. ........not sure what it was meant to be, but when I saw it I just fell in love. Then I never used it. But that will not stop you from making good use of this versatile garment. The fabric is soft, but with starch, the pockets are sturdy, large, and keep their shape. No snags. Two small and light stains that have not been treated, and I expect will come out. see close ups. Beautiful rose /flower lace pattern. Will look better on someone with dark skin? I see quite a few "DOTTI" creations on Etsy, so the label is not rare, and the prices range from 430 for a blouse, to $68 for a dress or pool cover up.
