Kelly green knit formal gown from the 1970's. High scrunched neck with a yoked bodice, gathered to the draped waist. Sleeves are long and narrow with tiny open pleats. Skirt is long and a bit full. A fabric rose is pinned on to the waist with a long narrow swag that reaches to the hem.
Bodice is completely lined while the skirt is not.
Fabric is a polyester knit and the color is a true kelly green.
Label is Roger Milot for Fred Perlberg. He took over designing for the Perlberg label in the 1970's. Store label is Lord & Taylor.
As for the condition there is a small issue. On the back near the button collar is a small stain and the fabric on one of the buttons has worn. I have photographed this area closely.
