Ivory woven leather and suede slip-on moccasin style flats with a bow accent at the toe and low 1/2" hidden wedge, from Kork-Ease. Vintage circa the 1970s. Good used condition with minimal wear on the soles and some minor marks in the suede - see photos for detail.
