It has a nice finish but it IS vintage, so there are scratches, visible in photos. No maker marks. This is heavy and good quality, with a nice tight hinge. Polished up nicely. On the small side at 6 5/8" around on the inside, the ends do not necessarily have to meet on the arm or wrist that wears it.

Will get this into a gift box but it may be a bit high.
