70s Heart Polka Dot Peplum Top And Skirt Set
Vintage 1970s 2-piece skirt and top set. Blue with the sweetest white polka dot heart print and heart shaped buttons. Top has a v-neckline, short pleated puffy sleeves, white cotton piping and a slight high low peplum hem. Skirt is full, high waisted with a fitted waist (no stretch), and a back zipper closure. Lightweight polyester.
