Condition: Very good

-Slight imperfections that come with being handmade; most notably, the collar is a bit unfinished looking in the center. The elastic is also a little stained but it's not really visible when worn. A small sliver of the elastic is visible when the skirt is on, could be hidden with a belt if you don't like the look of it.
