This vintage gem is ready to make a statement! Featuring a halter collar and over the top ruffle neckline that extend down the front of the dress, light blue ribbed material - feels like a polyester blend - and an empire waist that falls into a silhouette that is fitted through the bodice and flares slights after the hips. Two back straps add a comfortable fit. Zips up the back.
