This groovy dress was made in the 1970s by a local Californian designer. The fabrication is a bold and fun stretchy velvet with an all over gem-tone colored paisley and floral print. The neckline and sleeve hems are finished with a rib knit metallic gold and black fabrication. The silhouette is ultra flattering! It is fitted through the bust and starts flaring out after the waistline via it's princess seamlines- giving a fun amount of movement to the skirt portion. Depending on your height - it hits right above the knees. Dress it up or dress it down! Fits like a Small (relaxed) or Medium (fitted).
