When I found this, I assumed this was homemade, but I recently saw an exact same dress (just slightly different print)
with the label,
"Jane Justin for Don Sophisticates".
It had a pre1974 ILGWU union label.

Measurements:
38” chest;
26. 5” waist;
21. 5” long sleeve;
16” shoulder to shoulder.

40” long skirt from waistline;
16” from top of Talon zipper to waistline.
40” hip and 40” sweep opening in tiered skirt.
Belt excluded.
