The original owner dates this piece back to the 70s. Vintage hammered gold plate, with graduated gilded metal disc necklace, set with faux cabochon semi precious stones. Unsigned, but style can be attributed to Les Bernard, who was known for his Egyptian inspired designs. Missing 2 stones. One link is broken, needs repair Les Bernard Inc c1960s was considered a pioneer in high class design. In the 80s he created jewelry for Dynasty. And his ideas can be seen in the products of todays luxury houses like Givenchy, and YSL. Today his pieces are highly undervalued as his name isn’t widely known, for a collector they are highly collectible in exceptional condition.
