Vintage 1970s funky colorful short sleeve fit and flare dress. Bright fuchsia pink, blue and golden yellow abstract floral print (reminds me of fireworks!) pops on the black background. Features short ruched puffy sleeves, apron bodice that ties at the hip a full pleated skirt. Made from a lightweight silky nylon like polyester material.
