vintage 1970s dress in a pretty pinkish maroon with white, pink and blue flowers scattered about. slips on over the head with an elastic waist and fabric tie belt. cute flowy sleeves that tie. v neck bodice is lined, shoulders have elastic & can be worn on or off the shoulder. shown with a slight crinoline, not included.
