Cute vintage 70s shirt dress by Serbin. This dress is white with navy blue and burgundy floral print vertical stripes. Collared neckline with navy buttons down the front. Long sleeves with a matching button on each cuff. Belt loops on each side of the waist with matching tie belt. Midi length skirt. Unlined. The material is soft and feels like cotton, but is most likely a poly blend. The material also has some stretch, and it's a bit semi-sheer, so it may require a slip to be worn underneath if desired.
