Killer 1970’s 2 piece palazzo pant set. Black polyester with hot pink parrot tulip print. Top can be worn on or off shoulders, split flutter sleeves, handkerchief hem, and ties on either side, can also be tied like a belt for a more fitted look. Pants have an elastic waist band, and huge wide legs. Tag has been removed, excellent condition.
