Amazing cotton skirt by Herman Geist, who was known for this type of skirt. Skirt buttons up both sides for decoration, but has side zip and tie for closure. Seamed pleats. Drawstring is threaded through the skirt waist--it's the perfect subtle flourish. Lovely white fabric covered in red/green/purple flowers and dots. Tag reads size 3. Please see measurements. EUC.
