Bodice features a square neckline, gathering, and an empire waist with a fixed tie belt. Gathered full skirt with contrasting tiers and ruffled flounce hem. Made from a thin, semi sheer soft cotton.

Great vintage condition with some minor flaws that include a light stain on the bodice, one on the skirt, a fabric flaw and white smudge on one of the tiers (looks like paint). All shown in photos.
