Vintage 1970s caftan dress. Lovely blue floral sheer (poly) over cream acetate lining. V neck and empire waist. Fantastic angel/batwing sleeves. There's an adjustable elastic band inside that buttons for just the right fit at the high waist/under bust area. The lining determines the fit on this dress. Back zip.
