Cute as can be 1970’s wrap skirt by Patti Simons. Made from a heavier weight navy blue cotton fabric with with red tulips, and yellow daffodil appliqués. Bright green stems with a tiny little lady bug. Lined in coordinating fabric with tiny white polka dots. Tie goes through a loop and wraps around, and it has a secret inside pocket. Excellent condition, looks and feels like it’s never been worn. Marked a size Large.

Waist is 36” max but can be tied smaller
Hips up to 60’s length 28”
Measure 100” fully open from toe end to tie end.

Shown on a 5'8" Mannequin with 33" Bust- 25" Waist- 35" Hips .
