1970s floppy hat , Flower Child unique navy hat made of raffia straw with crochet design in pale pink, rose pink and light gray squares plus hanging polished seashells!

This is so cool and unusual. It even has a drawstring tie to adjust the width. The tie has two seashells hanging down. In vg condition and the woven design is very detailed. There is no label.

Measurements: 3" brim length, 21" around on the outside, 6 1/2" height and adjustable inner width.

Great 70s history.
