1970s FENDI wallet & checkbook set.
This Fendi Zucca wallet has a flap that closes with a magnetic snap. There is a change compartment affixed to the back that closes with a snap down flap. The Fendi Zucca wallet unfolds to reveal a brown interior, has two bill compartments on one side and two compartments under the slotted panel that holds credit cards as well as photo ID under clear vinyl and a flap.
Complete with coordinating checkbook cover, that has a simple sleek design with two compartment / slots.
It is 100% authentic - This has the embossed leather medallion on the front flap, which reads “Fendi Roma Italy 1925”, finished by contrast yellow stitching. This was made during the 1970s, before Fendi started using a stamped serial number in 1980.

The Zucca logo was designed by Karl Lagerfeld when he was engaged in 1965 by Fendi to rejuvenate the then 20 year old company and to establish the Fendi brand, and has become an iconic logo.
