Vintage ball gown in royal blue taffeta / black velvet flocked polka dot party dress.

I love the fabric of this dress.

Rich and soft black velvet bodice with empire waist.

Back zipper.

The royal blue taffeta of the skirt is sturdy enough to create volume all by itself. The black flocked fuzzy polka dots give it a fun texture, while metallic threads give a bit of glitz and shine.

Long puffed sleeves end in a tight wrist and button cuff.

Neckline is wide with sleeves sitting at the edge of the shoulders.

Lined bodice. Unlined skirt.

Excellent condition.
