For some reason, this makes me think of polka dancing. excellent condition, love the white ruffles and off shoulder fit. It has the kind of tag that is usually associated with a custom made garment as do most of her other dancing clothes. it says barbara's western fashions, hurst, texas. it has yards and yards of fabric.
