This beautiful 70's emerald green dress has a drop waist and a 1920's feel to it.

It has a sweetheart neck-line with a Victorian puffed sleeve, all in the emerald green velvet.

It has a low drop waist that sits perfectly on the hip and has a zipper running the waist up. The skirt is full, it's a hearty taffeta with a gorgeous sheen to it.

The back has a big velvet bow on the butt.

I couldn't get it up over my big butt so I had to put it over my head and pull it down, then it fit!

I would say it's a size 3 to 5. The dress length is just above the ankle.

It measures 12" across the back, the sleeves are meant to fit snug so they're on the skinnier side.

It measures 14" from armpit to armpit, the waist measures 32" and the length is 45" from the armpit

Condition is very good, there are a few small imperfections in the velvet grain, it's the nice old fashion velvet that has a bit of a crushed look to it.
