Originally worn as a 70’s wedding dress, this ivory tulle frock checks a number of today’s fashion trend boxes…….sheer, tulle, embroidered, flattering 70’s silhouette, chic!
Designed with a slightly scooped neckline, the over-the-head construction has a blouson bodice and elasticized waistband. The embroidered yoke is stitched to the solid tulle 2 3/4“ above its finish, leaving the scalloping to flow freely and beautifully complementing the gently gathered short sleeves. The hemline of the plain, flowy A-line skirt ends with a 2“scalloped, ruffled, Chantilly lace trim and is accented at the waist with a 2 ½” wide double-sided ivory satin sash. The dress has a detached ivory under slip, allowing for other creative styling options depending on your personal vibe.
