LOVE this 1970s Elegance magazine purse! It is a hard shell featuring the cover of the magazine under a clear coating of plastic. It shows a glamorous model and the copy reads "Haute Couture PARIS ROME Alta Moda". There are brown faux leather vinyl straps surrounding the bag and they close with snaps under a pretty brass buckle. The interior is lined with black fabric that feels like nylon. It still has a gold sticker on the pocket reading "made in Hog Kong". The bag is in very good condition and will be a conversation starter, for sure!
