DREAMY Circa 70's VICTOR COSTA Ruffled Gown

This is a Dreamy Victor Costa Ruffled Gown. The Colors are a Beautiful Pink with White. The Gown has Ruffles Around the V Neck to the Waist. The V Neck can be Modest with the Ruffles pulled closed. With the Ruffles at the Neck opened it can be a Plunging Neck (as shown in photograph #7). There are Ruffles on the Sleeves and Tiers of Ruffles at the Hem. It has Long Sleeves are Sheer and a Matching Belt. It is fully Lined except for the Sheer Sleeves. This was sold by the Jack Slote Women's Apparel Store in Las Vegas.
