Stunning maxi dress made from crisp cotton. Dress features a flattering smocked bust with a tiny bow, puffed short sleeves, comfortable elastic waist and long, floor-grazing length (great for someone tall!). The dizzy-dot design done in an amazing color palette of spring green, pink, black and white makes this dress truly memorable for any event.
