DIVINE Circa 70's PAGANNE by Gene Beck Gown

Gene Beck was a Contemporary of Emilio Pucci who Signed his Prints also. These became very popular with the Jet Setters during the 70's traveling to resorts from one Continent to another.

This is a Gorgeous Jersey Knit that Features Banded Border and a Very Bold Color Combination that Draws the Eyes!

The Colors are: Orange, Sky Blue, Royal Blue, and Navy accented with White. It is done in a Shirtdress Style with Covered Buttons all the way down the Front to the Maxi Length.

This Dress is a Book Piece. It is Featured in the Short Version in the Book: "Signature Prints Jet-Set Glamour of the '60's and '70's" by Roseann Ettinger on page 146 (see photo #9). The Book Piece is a Short Version and has a Plunging Neckline. It is signed in Three Places: Each side on the Front of the Bodice right above the waist, and on the Back in the floral Design.

Near MINT Condition - This Beauty is qualified as Near MINT Condition. There is one small pick on the left hand side just below the waist (see the next to the last photograph). It is not noticeable unless you are in bright light or examining it. What a Special Piece to Add to Your Wardrobe!
