A gorgeous lace trimmed blouse with pleated shoulders. Fabric is soft and lightweight with a slight sheerness. It is a lovely deep tone of blue, not quite captured by the photos. Buttons are an even darker blue that almost looks black. Tag says XS, but fits up to a small, just more form fitting.
