This India Imports of Rhode Island ankle-length boho maxi dress features an empire waist with a tie-back sash and puff shoulder. Fashioned in cerulean blue, hand block-printed calico cotton, with an engineered border and back zipper. The romantic Georgian silhouette has wrist-length sleeves, puff shoulder, square neckline, and a-line cut. Unlined, the dress is pure summer in the 70s. The quintessential Woodstock era dress!
