This colorful scarf has two edges that are hand rolled and two edges that are selvedge. The scarf is made of silk (unmarked) and, to my best guess, is a 1970s piece from India. The pattern initially seems southwestern, but along the border you can see Elephants. Block printing is a very common technique in India. The way block printing works is by layering colors onto the silk, so there are a few misprints and splotches that aren't stains. However, edges are a little dingy. Measures 34x35".
