1970’s dotted cutie. Made from a sheer black poly fabric with an adorable colorful polka dot print. V neck blouson bodice, with cold shoulder cocoon style sleeves. Elastic waist with matching tie belt and a great flowy skirt. Sleeves can be worn several ways. Bodice is lined, skirt it not. Excellent condition. The tag has been cut out of this.
