A rare find! This Incredible necklace was created by Goossens for Chanel, most likely in the early 1970s. It features nine strands of champagne and mink colored faux pearls, and fastens with a push lock closure that's hidden within with an ornate pâte de verre or poured glass Camellia flower in shades of cranberry and pink, with white rhinestone accents. A fabulous and truly one-of-a-kind piece! Absolutely gorgeous and so hard to find nowadays, especially in this condition! Preowned/vintage with some signs of use & prior wear: some scratching and patina to the gold metal hardware; some scratching/loss to the pearls and Camellia piece, hard to see when wearing but evident if closely inspecting.
