Vintage 1970s buttermilk (beige, cream) embroidered flutter sleeve fit and flare midi dress. Bodice has a rounded v-neckline with short lettuce hem sleeves, pleats, gathering and taupe floral embroidery around the neck. Elastic smocked waist with a fixed tie that ties in front. Full flowy paneled skirt with lettuce hem. Super soft cotton blend.
