This is a stunning, unique vintage 1970s dress designed by Victor Costa. In the Victorian style, the fabric is a red, pink, and black paisley print accented with black crochet bands, two in a diagonal across the chest and two at the hem. Beautifully constructed puffed 3/4-length sleeves with small built-in shoulder pads. Black belt with belt loops. The fabric is intact as are the seams. It's in excellent condition, ready for its next owner. No size tag.
