Super unique 1970s maxi wrap dress with fringe.

This dress is some kind of poly blend, it has almost a velvet feel to it. Bright beautiful colors in gold, orange and a gorgeous blue. Fastens closed with snap buttons two on the waist, one at the bust and one on the skirt. Fringe loops at arms and at hem. Shown up close in photos. Excellent condition with no flaws to note. No design label, or size tag. Dress has minimal stretch.
