Blue Hawaii, baby! This maxi dress is not your mother muumuu. The high-waist and fitted bust give a silhouette that is both sexy yet resort-ready. Bright orange hibiscus flowers with green leaves bring that bright tropical pop to the pattern and the only other place you'll find this many blues in the background fabric is in the Pacific ocean herself.
