Condition: Very good - a few small discolorations on inner lining but minor, some tiny pinholes on lining as well, sleeve cuff may have been shortened at some point as all other dresses that look like this have a longer fitted cuff, has not been cleaned but no unpleasant odors or any other stains other than the small discoloration pointed out earlier in the paragraph

Shoulders - 13" but puff shoulder is meant to sit towards edge of shoulder
