This adorable blouse is from the 70's by Cap Tree. Excellent condition! Made of crisp navy blue calico print cotton. The sleeve are puffy and have a tiny button cuff. The collar is a Peter Pan style and made of velvet trimmed with lace. Nipped at the waist in the front and back. Labeled a size 5, however, please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
