Vintage 1970s blue floral peplum dress. White floral print. Features a crew neckline, short puffy sleeves, matching pin at one shoulder, elastic waistband, matching belt, and a straight skirt with a back slit. Keyhole button closure in back. Lightweight polyester material with some stretch.
