Vintage 70's black velvet skirt suit. Structured sleeveless jacket with large patch pockets and notched lapel, longer length that falls over the hips. Two button closure. Clear Lucite buttons with black swirls. Fully lined. Skirt is a midi pencil silhouette with center back nylon Talon zipper closure. Skirt is lined. This appears to be a handmade set with no identifying tags. The velvet feels like a natural fiber versus a polyester velvet. Complete the look with a long sleeved pussybow blouse!
